  Natasha & Justin at the 85th and 1st in nyc were so beyond incredible. They were so helpful! We’re so patient and kind. I always get overwhelmed when returning items and they were so calming and helpful with the process. Best experience at an ups store in my 29 years! Thank you for being amazing and so kind!!

  This is the worst UPS store ever. I had a very important check I needed to send before I left the state. I paid extra for overnight delivery. The envelope never left the store. I had to send my father to the store because they never answer the phone, and they said to call UPS customer service. I did, and they said the envelope was never picked up. I can only think that it was stolen by the employee who I gave it to on 5/23 in the AM.

  I dropped off a package and called later to ensure it was scanned. They were very annoyed I called and did not double check but assured me it was. It wasn’t! And now I’m out $$$ because of their negligence. Worst experience at this location.
