  If I was to give this store a rating it would be 0 stars. Today I went in to a have a package delivered and was met by a disrespectful worker. I do not have information on his name but he looks Indian with glasses. He ignored us while we waited patiently for help and only addressed us until after he was finished his conversation after 10 minutes. After he was done he made unprofessional, smart remarks and finally did what he was initially supposed to do. He also had greasy, foul smelling food out in the open behind him which was completely unsanitary , while handling packages. and in violation with ethics of the company. This person should not be working at this company if he is that careless and disrespectful to customers. I will not be returning and telling my business partners not to.

  THEY DO NOT OFFER NOTARY SERVICES. I made an appointment on their website, received an email confirmation, received an emailed reminder of my appointment, then arrived for my appointment, only for them to say I had to go elsewhere for a notary. Would give 0 stars if I could.

  The staff is very rude when assisting customers. I went to get some copies, but the staff shouted at me just for asking for information; it is not a pleasant place.

  I visited the UPS store #6510 on April 7, 2026. I was served by Saiful Islam and another tall and skinny guy, can’t remember his name. Both of them were friendly, courteous and had sense of customers service. It was a real pleasure to do business with them. I felt appreciated and welcomed. I will highly recommend the store to my family, friends and colleagues.
