  Extremely disappointing customer service experience. I came into this location politely asking for help with a package issue after accidentally dropping off a FedEx package there weeks earlier. I was not blaming the employees—I was simply asking if they could help me look into whether the package had been accidentally accepted during a busy time of day. Instead of trying to assist me, the employees were dismissive, spoke very sternly to me, and even discussed me with other customers in the store while I was standing there. They did not ask any questions about the package or make any effort to help, or even consider for a second that this could be a possibility. Mistakes happen, but customers should still be treated with kindness and respect when they come in asking for assistance. The space is also so cramped and disorganized, I don’t know how they would have found it anyway. I would avoid this location.

  Could be 1 person or 20 people in line in front of you but somehow you are always waiting at least 15 minutes
