  Excelente servicio muy amables buena calidad de personas en especial el moreno de la mañana y el señor desps del moreno son una calidad de persona te ayudan asta agotarse la opciónes y formas no necesitas hablar solo inglés en español te atienden perfectamente yo le doy un 1000% de 100 de verdad cuando necesite de un ups aquí vendré siempre y recomendaré a todo el que me pregunte

  Holy cow! A UPS store with no line! No waiting! In and out! And the fellow who helped me did so while on the phone with a customer! PLUS he gave me a receipt! What an experience. Much appreciated! ♿️

  My sister went to ship a mirror for MY WEDDING and instead of the employees being nice they wanted to give her a hard time. They kept asking why was she shipping a mirror instead of buying one and essentially trying to get her to not ship it. I will definitely be escalating this to UPS themselves. You don’t treat customers like that. This is a SPECIAL MOMENT IN MY LIFE and they tried putting a damper on it. Judging by the reviews nothing is actually done about their employees attitudes. However UPS CORPORATE WILL CARE.

  ☆☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible customer service at this UPS Store on 551 W. 181st St. and Dublin Avenue. The staff at the front desk were rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. Instead of trying to offer a solution for my return, they made it clear they didn’t want to be bothered. No guidance, no effort, no professionalism — just attitude. I came in expecting basic customer service and left feeling frustrated and ignored. If you don’t want to assist customers, you shouldn’t be working in customer service. I will not be coming back to this location and would not recommend it to anyone.

  I hardly go there because the customer service is lacking along with an attitude like they don’t want to be there and they don’t pick up the phone. I rather spend hard earned money somewhere else.
