  So this guy got mad at me for knocking at a locked door during store hours, he came to open the door and as soon as he opened it he had a lot of things to say “why are you giving me a hard time” “I’m by myself today” I felt like I was getting the DMV treatment. I walked in thinking ok maybe he’ll calm down, but he continued to complain so I asked him why is he being rude? And then he said “we have the right to refuse service.. I cursed him out and walked away. I’m never using ups ever again specially in this location

  Rude staff Don't care about customers Poor and slow service Stuck online for ten minutes while the only employee was doing something administrative on her phone and on a computer. Happens all the time in this place 😞

  They were incredibly kind and responsive as I needed a copy made and notarized quickly. Super fast turnaround and wonderful staff!

  I’ve been a customer of this UPS store for over 10 years, which makes today’s experience particularly disappointing. I visited around 4 PM and encountered what appeared to be a new employee who was neither helpful nor interested in assisting properly. Instead of ensuring my package was handled correctly, he was dismissive, rude, and visibly impatient throughout the interaction. When I expressed frustration, he responded by saying, “I don’t like your tone.” After I replied in kind, he escalated the situation further and asked me to leave the store rather than attempting to resolve the issue professionally. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a long-standing customer. I will be reporting this incident to management and hope it is addressed promptly.
