  Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a UPS. The staff was so rude for no reason and acting like I wasn’t supposed to be there. I was struggling with my packages and no one helped, they just laughed as I walked out. Such weird behavior.

  I handed the individual a letter already addressed and asked to send to the recipient on a 1 day overnight shipment. I was surprised to find that not only does the clerk not know how to address a letter, but also that the individual didn’t find it odd that I was presumably spending $60 to send a letter one neighborhood over. I suppose this is why normally they have you verify the address, not sure why this wasn’t done here, but I assumed it was because the letter was already addressed.

  When you deliver a package to a regular UPS store, even if it has a shipping label, they are obligated to weigh the package and state the weight on the receipt. This store doesn't do this, the package weight is shown as 0 lb. Therefore, if the store employee or delivery person opens the package and steals the product, there's not much you can do. Be careful with this store.

  Was verbally sexually harassed by staff at this location; would not recommend, especially if you're female. Visited this UPS location on a Thursday around 3:30pm to drop off a package, and the male employee asked for my name. I assumed he needed it for the return, so I told him, and he said "It's a beautiful name. You're beautiful." I didn't respond to that and asked him if he needed any additional info for the drop off, and he said "Take it as a compliment". I again asked if there was anything else I needed to do for the return, and he didn't respond but gave me the receipt, and I left immediately. Extremely unprofessional and would avoid this UPS location if you're female.
