  If I could give zero stars I would. Sams is rude and unprofessional, not only did he not provide decent service but when I asked him for his name he encouraged me to leave a bad review. I waited patiently for my turn, and when it was, in the middle of him assisting me he turned to assist someone else. When I asked if he could finish with me he said it will only take 30 seconds. This is after him already taking 40 seconds to assist her, why couldn’t she wait 30 seconds so he could finish with me? Then Sams proceeded to argue with me, I work in customer service, if I’m assisting someone I complete that task before moving on to someone else. The other customer was at the self service machine, she should’ve been told to wait 30+ seconds.
