  Saturday 8/29/26 4:30pm- dark skinned Black Girl with the glasses was very rude miserable and nasty yelling at me you’re welcome when i left after she didn’t speak the entire transaction and didn’t want to handle my very small package. I will be reporting her to your customer service and corporate. So you’re welcome right back!

  This has to be the WORST UPS store location I've ever been to! In a nutshell, the staff I delt with when I went there yesterday (for my fist time, and now definitely my last) to drop off a package was not cordial (at all), not helpful, rude and not customer oriented (actually, the personnel I who serviced me, if you want to call it service, just had a downright nasty attitude). Believe me, I will never visit this UPS location ever again!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION to anybody, for any reason!

  The ups worker doing ground pickups tonight was very kind, doing above and beyond, and the worker at the front desk was very helpful, kind and patient.

  Really disappointed with this UPS Store. I waited almost 40 minutes just to drop off a package, but they kept calling other people before me. It honestly felt like they were giving priority to their favorite customers instead of helping everyone fairly The tall guy working there was especially rude and didn't know how to talk to customers with respect. His attitude made the whole experience even worse. I've never had such a bad experience at a UPS Store. I definitely won't be coming back and I'd recommend avoiding this location if you expect decent customer service.

  Tldr; Had an employee ask me to step aside so she could service “quick drop-offs” first and ended up waiting 15+ mins watching her build, tape, and pack boxes for people behind me in line instead. All I needed was to buy a single shipping label. Never got helped. Incredibly frustrating and infuriating experience. 0 stars if I could. AVOID! Full story: The other reviewers who mentioned that the employees at this UPS utilize weaponized incompetence to avoid providing basic services that they just don’t want to do are 100% correct. When I stepped up to the counter, I told the girl that I needed to purchase a shipping label for my package. She took my phone with the shipping address, looked at it, confirmed I needed to ship my package to this address, looked at it again, handed my phone back to me and then immediately asked if anyone else had a drop-off. A little weird, but I understand it can be the process in some places to get the quick drop-offs out of the way, so I stepped to the side for the guy behind me. While he didn’t have his label taped onto his package, the girl told him not to worry and taped it on for him. It takes some extra time, but fine, she should be able to help me now, right? WRONG! She asks again if anyone has any drop-offs and the next two guys say they also do. Except they actually don’t. They need to email the shipping label to the store for it to be printed out. Oh and they also don’t have any boxes. So it should be my turn now, right? WRONG! The girl goes and grabs 3 boxes for the guys, and even though they tell her they have their own tape, she begins meticulously taping the boxes up for them. I’m not talking about a single strip of tape to hold the flaps together, but multiple strips of tape, complete edge-to-edge coverage, and then going back over in the other direction. I have never seen such an amazingly secure 6x6 box before. Then finally, you’d think, she’ll hand the guys their taped up boxes to do their thing while she helps me, right? WRONG! She asks them for their items and packs the boxes up for them. It’s been over 10 minutes of me standing here watching her avoid typing up a shipping label at this point and I’m just wondering, does she not know how to create a shipping label? Does she not know how to type on a computer? Could she not read the address I need to ship to? What is going on?? Because in what world is spending over 10 minutes building boxes and now unsuccessfully trying to print out the shipping label the guy emailed “faster” and “easier” than helping me with a single shipping label? To top the entire experience off, there was another employee who had been milling around behind the counter the entire time watching everything go down. He eventually gets to his station and calls for the next person in line. Naturally, I go over to him because I’ve been waiting over 15 minutes and counting to be helped. And he just goes, she (the original girl) will help you. I tell him she’s already helped 3 other people instead of me, but he simply just repeats himself. At this point I leave because I understand neither employee has any intention of ever helping me. Also, just wanted to point out that I’ve never heard of any UPS, USPS or FedEx that gives out so much tape and boxes FOR FREE. So I guess if you’re someone in the city who doesn’t want to pay for tape or boxes for your packages, this is the place for you. For everyone else, I recommend going to the FedEx on the next corner instead. They were unfortunately closed when I needed to ship my item, but they actually know how to print a shipping label!
