    The numerous reviews mentioning staff rudeness are accurate. I stopped in yesterday to drop off a package, and the young female employee who assisted me was extremely rude and displayed a clear lack of basic customer service skills. The interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant and left a very poor impression.

    Took this photo at 12:15PM on Sunday 5/24. As stated online & on the store sign, they were supposed to be open at 12. I needed to ship a package before work today since tomorrow is Memorial Day. Waited out front for 20 mins in the rain for no one to show up. Two other girls had been waiting outside with me.

    Waiting outside in the rain for store to open as it says opens at 10 and no one is here or answering door No one answered phone in the morning. Was told yesterday to come back today to open a mailbox. Person today when they finally opened told me mailboxes can only be opened on weekdays. Wasted multiple trips for nothing. Will use fedex or usps next time. Bad service. At least person today was nice
