  There is an employee here who was extremely rude and appeared to treat me differently because I am Black. I was waiting to be helped, but he completely ignored me. As soon as a white woman walked in, he immediately acknowledged her and told her to step forward. I spoke up and said that I had been there first. He seemed annoyed and then refused to let me ask my question about shipping my package with UPS instead of USPS. He repeatedly interrupted me by saying, “This is not USPS,” even though I was asking about UPS, and the store clearly has UPS signage outside. Instead of listening to my question, he continued to dismiss me and speak to me in a rude and disrespectful manner. I told him that there was no reason for him to be rude. Based on how I was treated compared to the customer who came in after me, I felt that I was treated unfairly because of my race.
