$5 to print a label on a piece of paper, I’ve never seen anything like it. I paid with AmEx just so UPS would have to pay a higher credit card fee
On the bright side, the staff were nice

Extremely poor customer service.
I came to this UPS Store while visiting Manhattan to ship two bags of personal belongings in one package. The male employee charged me $124.74—almost $90 for shipping plus approximately $35 for an 18” x 18” x 18” box and standard packing.
After I paid, he put my open bags aside and immediately started helping other customers. I explained that these were personal belongings and asked if he could pack and seal them before I left. He told me he would do it “when he had time.” I understood that he was initially alone, so I waited approximately 15 minutes while he continued taking other customers.
Eventually, I was the ONLY customer left. Instead of finally packing my belongings, he started packing several other packages that had been sitting there. His attitude was dismissive and passive-aggressive throughout.
A second employee, a woman, had arrived by then but offered no assistance. She leaned against the fax machine on her phone while I continued waiting. Even when it became clear that I was frustrated and preparing to cancel a $124 transaction, she made no effort to help.
I finally asked for a refund. The male employee responded that he had told me he would “get to” my package and initially claimed I could only receive STORE CREDIT. After a while he refunded my original payment.
I then walked a few blocks to FedEx, where the difference was remarkable. The employee was friendly and professional, packed my EXACT SAME belongings immediately when it was my turn, and fit everything into a 14” x 14” x 14” box instead of the 18” box UPS wanted to use.
FedEx charged me $10.49 for the box and $55.90 for shipping—about $66 total compared with UPS’s $124.74. I am happy to provide management with copies of my original UPS purchase and refund receipts, as well as my FedEx receipt, which together show the timestamps of the entire experience and confirm that I took my business elsewhere immediately afterward.
Nearly DOUBLE the price at UPS, and dramatically worse service. Walking a few extra blocks to FedEx saved me nearly $60 and provided infinitely better customer service. I would never return to this UPS Store.

People that work here do not care at all, there not friendly and with attitude. Also don’t inform you of possible options as per your situation. Plus, they charge the highest rate I have ever ever seen for b/w print outs. .49 a sheet! Absolutely insane

I was charged $5.45 for sending an email to the staff email and having one piece of paper printed. And it wasn’t anything special; it did need to be printed on 8.5x14 legal paper. I do believe prices should be discussed before hand. Cause that was a total surprise. Especially, when you look online and it says something totally different. I really hate to make a review about this but I believe it needed to be commented on. It did not seem correct.

Worst customer service! No one should use this ups store. Management should go work in dunkin' donut. Shipping and envelope over seas to Europe for 202$ and they screw it up! Iet all my tenants in the building i work know about it.
