  The gentleman working tonight was very helpful. We came in right at close and he was quick, friendly, and patience. He had several other individuals come in at the same time with 2 mins to close.

  I frequent the UPS Store at 105 East 34 street. Frankly speaking, it’s the best UPS store in New York. Marlon is always very friendly, patient, and helpful. Even if he is busy, he stops whatever he’s doing to take care of the customers. He always shows kindness. I just love that UPS store.

  DARCELL was amazing to deal with. He provided top-notch service was very patient and very helpful with all of my returns. It’s nice to have somebody help you these days with a smile and a personality. He was terrific. please go see him for all of your UPS shipping needs all in all. I give him a five star review.

  I've been coming to this UPS Store for a long time for Amazon returns (and I usually have quite a few!). Every visit is quick, easy, and pleasant. Everyone who works there is wonderful - but Marlon specifically is usually the one who helps me. He is always kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, no matter how many packages I bring in. I'm grateful to have such a reliable local UPS Store—highly recommend!

  I first have to say how freakin AMAZING Darcy is at this location. My husband and I went to our VFS Global appointment a couple blocks away only to learn that because we live in the US Virgin Islands, we could not use their carrier service to get our passports mailed back to us. We foolishly went to TWO different FedEx locations trying to get prepaid shipping labels for my husband and myself because VFS said to go there and bring the labels to them. FedEx could not help us due to things I won't get into. We were about to tap out and call it quits and maybe cry a little bit, but we decided to give the UPS store a try. Darcy not only 100% helped us out, but he helped even bring us out of the massive stressed out and freaking out phase that we were in. He was an awesome problem solver when we thought we were doomed. Darcy deserves a raise or something since he went way above what his job requires. Both of us cannot say thank you enough for his customer service and the humor that he brought into the mix when our stress levels were maxed out. Thank you Darcy and man I wish there were more rad people out there in this world like you. Both of us greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much Darcy for going well beyond our expectations!!!
