  The service itself was alright, but honestly, I wouldn’t recommend going here. When I went, there was only one person working the front while there was a line of customers waiting. Meanwhile, there was an older woman sitting in the back on her phone instead of helping. The wait was frustrating, especially when there were clearly more people there who could have helped. Definitely not the best experience.

  Wouldn’t recommend this ups store. Old lady is always grumpy even after giving breaks thought she might’ve had bad day or a week but every time she has a nasty attitude and lack of services were labeled as “every ups store has different policies” and new russian girl was working really nice but this old lady made her the same way after year of visiting this store for services today i decided after yesterday’s behavior that if owner is loosing money on this location is the old lady is a reason well i found different ups store for same services just lil walk for that one. I’ll take that instead of being treated like its my fault to enter the store and disturb her peace at this location. Good luck to owners 👍🏻

  Osama and Diana were amazing!!! Helped out and guided me through labeling and packaging my 12 boxes! Best UPS crew i have encountered!!! Thank you!!

  Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely disrespectful and showed little consideration or basic courtesy. I had a very heavy package, and they made me take it back with me. I politely asked if I could stay inside for just two minutes to take a short break because the package was so heavy, but they would not even allow me to wait inside. What made the experience even more frustrating was the difficulty communicating with the staff. They did not speak clearly, and I had a very hard time understanding what they were saying, which made an already stressful situation even more difficult. I understand that businesses have policies and procedures, but there is no reason to treat customers without basic respect, patience, and kindness. I will not be returning to this location, and I sincerely hope management addresses both the customer service and communication issues at this store.

  Melika was amazing! She was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She took my passport photo quickly and made the whole process super easy.
