  Note the system they use here will always add an extra inch to every dimension of your box here (even if it meets exact measurements) which quickly adds up. If you have the ability to print your own label before coming into store, please do so to avoid an extra $10-$15 charge from dimension overestimation (note all UPS stores already add an additional $5 for label printing as well).

  I would just like to share that I am currently in UPS store 5865. Diane is the UPS agent on the register. Diane is behaving in a very professional matter despite the fact the an overly entitled customer entered the store and was shockingly rude. Diane explained clearly to the customer who then accused Diane of gaslighting her and behaving in a rude manner. I am amazed that Diane remained so calm and professional in dealing with this very inappropriate person.
