  Is it even possible to give a one star? Terrible customer service to the point where is it actually disrespectful The language of “do you even know what you need?” And confusing the customer in the process of the transaction intentionally and not answering questions rather giving silence and a look just made me boil from the inside. HIRE BETTER STAFF. Makes me think there is 0 management

  I had a great experience here today (my first visit to this location). The young guy behind the counter was calmly helping customers through a myriad of issues. He still made time to tell me how to get prepared for the notary service I needed. Jennifer took over from there. She was calm, professional and efficient. Definitely it was worth the trip for me.

  My experience at this UPS Store was extremely disappointing. I went in for notary services, and Charmaine was consistently rude and unprofessional. When I asked simple questions, she either couldn't answer them or made no effort to help. Her attitude made it seem like she didn't want to be there or assist customers at all. I wasn't the only one who noticed her behavior, there were several customers in the store, and she was dismissive and rude to them as well. The only positive part of my visit was the two young gentlemen working there, who were polite, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, after having two negative experiences with Charmaine, I've decided I won't be returning. Customer service should be respectful and helpful, and that was clearly not the case here.
