  This was a terrible experience, I have patronized UPS for 6 years while running my business, this was my first time at this location and when I tell you Kay was absolutely, unimaginably rude, I am still in shock. From the beginning when I walked in, I said “hey, how are?” He barely spoke and had an attitude. As I approached to counter to get serviced, I felt the bad energy and the reluctance to service me. He literally told me “I am not scanning in all of those packages when I have other customers” then proceeded to literally step away from the register to assist the other customers that came in after me. I simply packed up all of my packages and left. I am the most polite and collaborative person there is, what I cannot tolerate is disrespect, uncalled for rudeness and the inability to help. I do not understand why people get customer service jobs when they aren’t nice. I will NEVER be back and would advise others to not go. Don’t waste your time!

  UPDATE RESPONSE: Your behavior is predatory you are not a staff member you are the owner. Harlem is a community if you do not want to serve customers close your business. We will not stand for this I am contacting corporate. Look at your reviews, we cannot all be lying. Take responsibility and do better. This has been going on for years. BEWARE!!! THIS IS THE WORSE UPS LOCATION IN AMERICA!!!!!!!!! What you all don't understand is that the rude and unpleasant woman at this location is the OWNER. I rarely leave reviews, but customers should be aware before visiting this location. Her tone and demeanor are consistently dismissive and unprofessional. I've witnessed her speak disrespectfully to paying customers, HANDICAP, elderly individuals, and even children. Instead of providing customer service, interactions often feel confrontational and unwelcome. What's most disappointing is that this attitude appears to have trickled down to some of the staff as well. No customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected when they are spending their hard-earned money. As someone who ships thousands of packages, I expect a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at this location. There are plenty of shipping options available, and based on my experiences, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

  The pricing there is designed to absolutely milk their customers. I didn't have tape or a printer at home, printing the label and taping a shoebox sized box cost 11$: 6$ to send via email, 3$ to tape and the rest for printing. Extortionate

  The team here has always been helpful. It can get busy, but no one has ever been rude. I’m always greeted with a smile, wished a good day, and helped quickly and efficiently. Grateful to have this UPS Store close by and such a solid team helping customers.
