  It's 9:20 on a Saturday and we are on a line outside the store because it is still closed (I came here because they claim to be open at 9:00 Saturday mornings). Not a sign of good business.

  Cheerful and efficient staff. It’s a little cramped and there’s no notary but it’s a good location and you’ll get in and out quickly.

  DeAndre at this UPS was so nice and very patient with me during my returns today. Really appreciated how calm and helpful he was throughout the whole process!

  The store employees at this location are very nice, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. That’s the only reason I gave more than 1 star. But, this store is very poorly managed, and it’s clear that management here is incompetent. First of all, the official UPS website says that air pickups occur until 7:15PM, but the actual pickup is between 6-6:30PM. This is a big difference, and was extremely damaging to my business when I had a time-sensitive shipment. It did not go out the day it needed to. Additionally, $5.45 to print a single label is highway robbery. Store owners should be embarrassed to charge that much. I will be taking my business elsewhere whenever possible.
