    When I walk in and see Milo working, I exhale a sigh of relief. That guy should be running this country. He is friendly, beyond competent, is transparent about pricing, is fast, and never seems stressed no matter how long the line is. Give him all the raises and accolades. He makes a good store great.

    The staff here is nice, But I think it’s pretty inhumane for you to have them working in a sweltering, hot Store and environment. With the summer coming up, It’s a pretty obtuse thing to prefer your staff to have the door wide open and have hot air come in, then to provide adequate air-conditioning. Shame on you at UPS!
