  Will likely not return. I recently shipped a large item and was quoted a price that was over $200 higher than another UPS Store location. When I mentioned that I had received a lower quote elsewhere, I was told that quote must be incorrect. Since UPS Stores are independently owned and operated, pricing can vary by location, but I ultimately shipped the item through another store at the lower quoted rate. The experience left me feeling that the pricing and communication were not transparent. Please note - contrary to the reply, I requested ground shipping from the start and was provided a ground shipping quote. Much of the $200 difference came from insurance. They charge $4+ per $100 value and the other UPS location charges $2 per $100 value. Thanks.

  Went to get a document notarized and was turned away by the notary because he only notarizes until 5:00 p.m., which doesn't make much sense because if you are present in the store and the store is not crowded, why would you not just sign something that literally takes less than a minute?

  UPS at 55 116th is a great branch. The staff is helpful, nice and efficient. It’s my go-to. Mike and the other team members provide excellent service.
