  Mo who works here is the best! Always very friendly, helpful and quick whether I have packages to drop off, happy returns or more. He even stayed open a few minutes late to let me drop off a package 🩷🩷

  Small spot but great service! I went in to ship something small but didn’t want to buy a box plus bubble wrap plus tape AND shipping. Christina was able to do all of that for one lump sum and not needing to have a bunch of leftover materials. Didn’t know that was possible but she made the process quick and easy. Would go back just because of the great service whenever i need to ship.

  I had a smooth and seamless experience at this east village location, all thanks to Christina. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and willing to help. Exceptional customer service like hers is hard to come by these days. She made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. I will definitely be coming back to this store for all my shipping and printing needs. Highly recommend!

  Mo was fantastic and quick had a line out the door when I arrived but was in and out within 5 minutes and was able to take my two very large Amazon returns with no problems.

  Had to mail a return package for a weirdly sized item. Ran all over the place trying to find a box that would fit it, and finally was able to get one here. Big shout out and thanks to Christina and Mo for being so helpful! Christina in particular ran through a bunch of different options that could work for the best price (and helped me with a return when my first attempt was wrong due to my bad measurements).
