  Slow and unhelpful service. One associate was moderately helpful but seemed to lack the concept of eye contact, so it was heard to know if he heard me or not. In general, a very lazy vibe from the staff. The answer to a lot of questions was “I don’t know.” They didn’t offer me a receipt, and when I asked for one, they said once it’s printed they can’t reprint, even though they didn’t print it or offer it to me in the first place, nor did any of them remember taking my items 5 minutes ago.

  The employee named dejanae was so helpful and respectful to me. It was my first time sending out a packages and she guided me as best as she could. So patient with me, thank you!

  Unfriendly staff, one guy in particular (big guy) sort of waved me off-I was patient while he completed a previous item (he took his time), the other staff member took a couple customers who arrived after me while I just waited there. Made me feel like my business was unwanted, I'll skip this location moving forward.

  el 15 de marzo por la mañana tuve q hacer la devolucion de una compra q realice en amazon y tuve la mala suerte de ir a esa sucursal,jamas en mi vida un maleducado ,insolente nos atendió con tanto desprecio ,un impresentable q nos atendía con soberbia como si fuéramos basura, creo que le molestaba que hablemos español,por eso es importante ir a la escuela ,cosa q creo q este personaje no haya ido ,sin duda es un chico con muchos problemas de educación ,pero no le hace para nada bien a la empresa tener a ese ser despreciable atendiendo al publico
