  This is a terrible shipping location. They are literally making fun of people. The heavier guy never seems like he wants to work. He always has a long face and responds rudely no matter what you ask. The Latino guy keeps making up ridiculous excuses to avoid accepting return packages. If I didn’t have to, I would never go there. This UPS location feels more like Old MacDonald’s farm than a UPS store. It’s amazing that the managers don’t notice what’s going on.

  Outstanding service, would not trust anyone else with my packages! The team is always so friendly and efficient. If you are looking to rent a mailbox, look no further than the UPS Store on West 57th Street!

  Slow and unhelpful service. One associate was moderately helpful but seemed to lack the concept of eye contact, so it was heard to know if he heard me or not. In general, a very lazy vibe from the staff. The answer to a lot of questions was “I don’t know.” They didn’t offer me a receipt, and when I asked for one, they said once it’s printed they can’t reprint, even though they didn’t print it or offer it to me in the first place, nor did any of them remember taking my items 5 minutes ago.
