  Small but efficient UPS. Store clerks were super helpful and even though there was a long line through the door, they worked efficiently through it - They helped me with my return including printing labels and taping package back up.

  Was happy to find a UPS store located close by that offers print and ship service open on a Sunday. The staff was super helpful and helped me print my label and get my package out!

  The associates at this store ( 60th & 2nd NYC) were fantastic! Polite, helpful, knew exactly what needed to be done and helped me at the door. Doesn't get better than that!!! Thank You all @ 6047 Lynn Daly-Mizuki.

  Deven the manager at this location is the best in the entire city! Easy on the eyes as well lol. I needed to ship my grandmothers antiques back to Italy and I was so nervous being my first time shipping internationally I honestly expected the process to be stressful, but he completely changed that experience. From the moment I walked in, he was patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all of my shipping options, answered every question without rushing me, and made sure everything was packaged and shipped correctly. Even with the complexity of my shipment, he kept a positive attitude the entire time. It's rare to find someone who combines exceptional customer service with genuine care and expertise. He went above and beyond to make sure I left confident and that my packages would arrive safely. If every business had someone with this level of professionalism and dedication, customer service would be on another level. Deven is a pro! Highly recommend this UPS Store 6⭐️s. I'll definitely be returning in the future.
