  Mya has been wonderful the pass couple of days of opening she's been on time when I walk pass the store I see her fixing everything up and getting everything all set she is so sweet and kind she treat me like gold I sometimes come in without returns just to see her lovely face she's the best person to MET she is so sweet not just to met to anyone that she's takes if I was her manager I would give her a nice bonus she's just lovely and sweet

  I know I'm a bit late I can't not stop thinking about mya work ethic she is an hard worker she is so sweet the kindest young lady on the planet she handles thing so smoothly and lovely she takes her time make sure she doesn't makes any mistakes she make my life so easy she warms me with that nice smile of hers she became my new buddy can't wait to swing by in there again

  Had to return my Amazon order and 👁️ could not believe how easy the process was thanks to the female employee who was behind the counter on July 13 around 11am she got me in and out within seconds. She was super friendly annd represented UPS in the highest light possible by making the process so easy making me truly impressed ! Highly recommend using this location ! 🧲🔥🅰️🤴🏻🅰️🔥🧲

  Jaylon is a rockstar and is the best ups rep I’ve ever worked with before. I was returning a ac which had an absurd box design, and he was extremely patient in working with me to figure out how to get the contraption back in the box in a shippable format. I was about ready to punch the box but his saintly patience and calm problem solving skills helped resolve the situation!

  They quoted me $270 to ship a monitor and then bait and switched me to over $400 to add one bag of air to the box as a cushion They also have a fee for them to pack the box themselves in order to insure the item, which was another $60 even though I packed it right in front of them Not only that but the lady manager working there was super smug and disrespectful through the entire process. Needless to say I walked out. Shame on you UPS
