  First thing in the morning and there’s already a line. If you want to make a quick return before work, this is not your place - you will be late. I just needed to return two items, same package, already had my QR code pulled up. The employee said I had to go tape it myself. Again, line, and the tape kept coming off the dispenser, no scissors or anything - very awkward, around a bunch of people at the station. I’ve never had to prep or seal a package for a return at a UPS Store before. At the one in LIC, I just drop it off, unsealed, they scan the code, and I leave. Also, there’s usually more than one employee so the drop off is very fast. Here there was just one person, with a very long line. I will not be returning to this location.

  My experience with The UPS store in NYC Apostille service was EXCEPTIONAL. Kenny and the Apostille crew were efficient and competent. They were response and called me to confirm my order which in these times is UNPRECEDENT. I have used expense Apostille’s in the past which were difficult to work with. This team was affordable, professional and provided amazing customer service. I highly recommend using them for all of your Apostille Needs.

  Whitney was absolutely wonderful. I came in having a really difficult day and needed help sending a time-sensitive fax. She was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring, and made the whole process so easy for me. Her compassion genuinely meant so much. This location isn’t the closest UPS Store to me, but I’ll be coming back because of the amazing service Whitney provided. Thank you, Whitney!
