  Why is it currently 8:16 am and the store is not open. You have a line outside.. adhere to your store hours if they’re going to be posted as such .. hey. 8:31 Just called the store after calling before at 8:28. Since they were not open yet. Someone finally picked up. I asked if they were open his response was “well I picked up the phone didn’t I ?” Yikes. the fact that he has no idea who he is speaking with and yet the response speaks volumes. He was nice in person and did not let people skip though

  Never open during reported open hours. Often the store is just closed during when it is supposed to be open.

  I saw someone rate the staff as rude in another review. I have used this place multiple times for shipping and while the staff may not be overly friendly they are always helpful and get it done quickly and professionally.
