  This is the worst UPS store that I’ve ever seen. The customer service in here is incredibly rude. The guy that works in here is lazy doesn’t want to be bothered with anybody. He’s too busy watching TV in the back.

  The worst Service ever! They charge you $6 for sending email with label! $2 to use tape!

  Had a package shipped here for pickup since its listed as a pickup location for the store i was ordering from and the employees refused it, claiming that they were the listed recipient but didnt order it. Now I have to spend the day trying to connect with someone that can redeliver somewhere else.

  Such a poor customer service. The same team for years and acting like they have the highest paying job in history. Would charge you $6-7 to print a label!!!! None of the other UPS stores will charge that much!!!! The worst service every single time!
