  I drove to this UPS Store specifically to drop off a package, but unfortunately had a very poor experience. The only employee working at the time, Yessie, was not helpful when I asked for assistance. When I was having trouble with the self-service equipment, she asked, “Do you know how to use a computer?” in a way that came across as dismissive and rude. Rather than helping me resolve the issue, she appeared frustrated and unwilling to assist. In the end, I was unable to complete my package drop-off despite making the trip to this location. I left feeling disappointed by the lack of customer service and professionalis

  I have come to this location twice in a weeks span to do the same thing, a "Happy Return". Unfortunately, neither experience was happy. My first time last Wednesday or Thursday, the young lady was very snappy and had an attitude. I chalked it up to the large group with a large shipment in front of me. Nevertheless I went to remove my items from the shipping bag as I know Happy returns need to be individually scanned but she snapped and told me to leave everything inside and took it as is. Fast-forward to today and the woman comes up and I thought we would have a positive exchange, but that wasn't the case. She first scolds that my bar code is to big, then she tells me its a happy return you don't need the bag take everything out so I can see the items...no problem. She scans gives me my receipt and I look around now for a garbage, there isn't one in the lobby, which in a space where people print, tape and ship why wouldn't you have trash cans? I walked back to her with a trash can visibly behind her and ask if she could throw away the bag. She tells me we do not have a garbage throw it outside...excuse me? I left it on the desk and pointed out to her the trash can directly behind her. My issue, although I didn't want to interaction to go that way is: 1. Consistency - had the first person not accepted my first return in the bag I would have know the policy remained as I remembered (to take items out) 2. I am not bringing outside garbage, this is the poly bag the items were shipped in why wouldn't you dispose it. 3. Where is the customer service? Not only in how they treat you in store but in having connivence items like a lobby trash can.

  Crazy bad customer service. They messed up my passport photo (the measurements weren’t right) and then refused to retake them because “they only do passport photos Monday through Friday” which then I replied that they took my original photos on Saturday. So that’s suspect already. There was no one waiting. I guess their camera doesn’t work on Sundays or Saturdays when they feel like it. There’s $25 or whatever down the drain. Anyway, the Staples on 8th does passport photos. I left a 2 star review because it’s harder for them to delete. Should be zero stars.
