  Great service from Marlon. I was shipping out a bunch of move-out boxes and he was polite, patient, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend this location.

  Nasty attitude from the employee. I went in to return a couple packages. I asked for a separate receipt for one of the items being returned. I was yelled at by YESENIA the employee. She continued to berate me as she was on a personal call on her cell. After the transaction I asked her name at which I was yelled at "You can't be that angry over a receipt". She also made a comment about my age in front of other coworkers and people in the store. I asked for a manager and was told to leave and come back tomorrow. The other employee said "I'm busy". Very embarrassing situation. Her attitude and demeanor was uncalled for. I hope no one else has to endure this type of behavior.

  Marlon is a gem. I was on a time crunch and he got me on my way with kind and swift service with a smile. Overall the location is great when staying around MSG.

  Marlon was amazing! I had so many packages to drop off at UPS today, and he was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. He handled everything quickly and made the experience so easy. I would definitely come back to this location because of him! He provided excellent customer service and truly went above and beyond.

  I had a really good experience at The UPS Store. The service was excellent, and everyone was very helpful and professional. Marlon in particular was amazing—he treated me very well, was kind and helpful, and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I really appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend this location!
