  Incapable of printing a receipt. Printed some garbage with characters printed on top of other characters and couldn’t give me a proper receipt when asked.

  Don’t just leave your package here without a receipt because “the system of off”. They won’t send your package happened to me twice

  The store was kept very neat and clean and also well organized! The customer service was excellent by the store representatives and they were very welcoming.

  I like that this UPS store is open past work hours! I came to drop off an item to be shipped several min before closing time, and since the staff was busy helping someone else, they said I could just leave it to the side if I didn’t need a receipt, and they’ll handle it for me. I was worried, because it had to be shipped out that very day, but luckily they were dependable and did just that!
