  Depends on the staff. Ever since my printer has been down i get my biz shipping label printed here occasionally. Since it’s just 1 b&w letter print the guy usually gives it free of charge. But i realized not all staff is considerate like that. There was another staff this time who charged me $6 for a letter b&w one side print (more than what i paid for the shipping label). Avoid him (gonna find the names and update)

  We have just moved to NYC a month ago and decided to get a UPS mailbox off 42nd street and 10th Ave, mainly for secured package deliveries. We have had an amazing experience working with the staff, especially with Amir and Axl. They know who we are now (because we go almost every day to grab something!), and they have been kind, funny, and so helpful!!! The entire staff is great and we feel so lucky to know that our packages are well taken care of!!! Thanks to all of you!!!!

  I visited this location just a few minutes before closing and watched an associate named Amir handle an incredibly stressful rush with remarkable efficiency, patience, and kindness. The store was packed to the door, and even when the system went down, he continued working through each customer’s situation with tact and genuine care. Amir is an exceptional employee and absolutely deserves recognition. Please promote him immediately if an opportunity is available.
