Fantastic service here by Jin and Lasha. Great notary service and very friendly staff. Please go to this UPS store if you’re in lower Manhattan. They give top notch service here. Bring cash for notary services. I will be coming back to this location for sure. Thank you.

The notary service is efficient. But she mislead us about her qualifications. I asked specifically if she's qualified for New York County so we could go to New York City Hall to get her credentials notarized. She said yes. When I pointed out her stamp marks Kings County, she said there were never have anyone complain about not being able to get notarized of her signature in New York County. What a lie. We went to New York County office in Manhattan City Hall area. The New York County can't certify her credentials. We have to go to Kings County to get notary then coming back Manhattan, New York State office to get our apostille. What a waste of time! Please be upfront about what your notery public is qualified for.

The most helpful UPS store I think I’ve ever been in. Victoria was so kind and worked with me in packaging my box into another box that was cheaper and she saved me $40. They work with you, extremely professional and are very up front about the prices. So incredibly helpful and such a convenient location!!!!!

One of the best UPS Stores in NYC! Dee Jay and his team are knowledgeable, kind, patient, and incredibly efficient. I came in needing documents notarized for my visa, and Dee Jay took the time to make sure I had the correct information and understood the process. I especially appreciated how transparent he was about pricing. He explained the cost of the services upfront, including any additional fees, so there were no surprises when it was time to pay. That kind of honesty and professionalism really stands out. I had a great experience and would absolutely come back to this store. Highly recommend Dee Jay and his UPS Store for anyone looking for excellent, trustworthy service. Thank you DEE Jay and team 😊🔥
