  I had an issue trying to print from their computer and asked if I could email to them or if there is another way to do it. The young gentleman at the counter was new and didn’t know. When he and I asked the senior worker (ponytail guy) we were ignored. Ive sold on eBay for 20 years and just moved to the area. I will not be bringing my business to this location. I get that you’re in NYC and you get business no matter how you treat people. But this was willful ignorance and not appreciated.

  Just encountered a lovely clerk at the local UPS store. Erick was attentive and kind. Was able to help me swiftly and efficiently. I appreciates the help, after looking for a notary at three other locations. Sade in the background was also a positive after my hectic search. Thank you Erick!!!

  Was looking for a shipping tube. The store attendant helped me out with a bubble wrap cardboard tube. Great store very helpful and kind.

  This rating has nothing to do with the people who work at this location. It’s about UPS. I have an Amazon return that has to be returned to the sender. Amazon sends me a return label. The problem here may also be Amazon. I take the package to the UPS store assuming they can print their own label. Nope. I have to login to my personal gmail account from their computer to send the label to their printer. Nope. So I’m going to FedEx where I can send the label to their email to get it printed. SMH.
