  I live nearby and have used this UPS Store multiple times. Unfortunately, I've had several frustrating experiences here. On more than one occasion, staff provided information or made promises that later turned out to be incorrect. For example, I was given delivery time estimates that were unrealistic and ultimately could not be met. In another case, a staff member told me a particular service was available, but when I returned, the manager not only refused the service but also implied that I had been given incorrect information or was misrepresenting what had been said. What concerns me most is not that mistakes happen, but how they are handled. Instead of acknowledging miscommunication between staff members, I often felt that the responsibility was shifted onto the customer. This creates an unnecessarily argumentative experience.

  I had a very pleasant experience with this The UPS Store this morning. I needed 5 packages delivered this morning for a trade show at the Javits Center that started this morning. There were some challenges to get the packages into the hands of the right person. We could not have done it without the assistance from this The UPS Store. Thank you, you saved the day!!
