    They need to get rid of that dude name Josh if not mistaking. He has such a nasty attitude, always in bad mood, always complaining about his job and that vibe its being passed to the rest of the staff. That guy is so lazy that he wants the customers to do his job while he can barely move from his chair. Corporate and HR needs to address his behaviors . Besides him the whole location is great

    Joshua provided excellent service at the UPS Store. He was professional, patient, and made the entire packing process quick and easy. He answered my questions, handled everything with care, and had me on my way in just a few minutes. I really appreciated his efficiency and friendly attitude. Highly recommend!

    Even though I didn't have my items pre-packaged, I was still in and out of the store within 10 minutes. The store is professionally staffed.
