  There are no signs indicating where it is. I looked for it and nothing. I called and they never answered. Now I can cancel my order.

  This store opens at 9am. I walked in at 11:10am and the person behind the counter told me to come back later with an attitude. I asked him when and he said an hour. Considering the store is in Grand Central you would think they would have people there that want to work. I'd rather go downstairs to the food court and pay the tourist prices than wait for this guy to wake up.

  New York City subway system is scarier and scarier by the minute. Overrun but homeless people that you have to walk over to get to your train. Cops are grouped in bunches talking to each other but not really looking for any problems

  Sandwiches are ok. Must request the staff clean the used (dirty) tables before seating to eat. Staff is not always friendly or attentive
