I placed mobile orders through the Subway app on three consecutive days.
Each time my order was accepted and then cancelled by the restaurant.
If this location does not accept app coupons, why are customers allowed to place the order in the first place?
On the first day, an employee told me only the Buy One Get One coupon was not accepted and that other coupons would work.
The next day I used a different coupon, but my order was cancelled again.
This is misleading and wasted my time.
In addition, when I ordered a meal, I selected Starry as my drink in the store. Instead of politely explaining it was unavailable, the employee simply told me I was not allowed to choose it, which was unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable.
If this restaurant does not accept certain app coupons, those coupons should be clearly marked as unavailable in the Subway app. Customers should not be allowed to place an order successfully only to have it cancelled later while waiting for it to be prepared or after arriving at the restaurant. This happened to me for three consecutive days, which seriously affected my customer experience and wasted my time.
