  Somehow, with all the crazy people they have to deal with on 42nd Street, they remain in a positive mood. Very nice people

  Place is usually great but there is life a shift in management. One of the employees acted very confrontational during me when I was watching him make a sandwich. I didnt understand what his problem was but I came in looking to buy a meal but left trying to defuse someone with a short fuse. Note: The previous employees and employees always gave me excellent service and meal. Bring them back. like bruh this dude trying to confront me for watching him make a sandwich like chill bro

  This location is always understaffed, but the staff are fast and friendly, and the location is open late (so I come here once in awhile after seeing movies at AMC across the street), plus they always have whatever sales and specials are advertised (which lots of locations will not participate in)... The bread and cheese and meats have all "changed" significantly since I first started eating Subway as a child, but when I can get something really simple with lots of veggies for only a few bucks near midnight, I'm game... However, when there's only one employee, and I'm the only customer in the store, but I have to wait while she makes four sandwiches simultaneously for mobile orders, it can be a little bit annoying, because "time is money..."

  Place is great, staff are friendly especially dealing with NYC’s craziness. Only complaint is that during the summer it gets hot in there. Doesn’t seem to have AC

  On my way work I stop by to get a sandwich always perfect and delicious this subway in particular all the employees care i love how the place is so clean also
