  Terrible service, rude staff who are incredibly inconsiderate of the community they’ve serving. They also rush through orders so they can go back to hiding in the back to avoid customers, makes for really sloppy sandwiches. Wouldn’t recommend eating here.

  Extremely upset. I went into 1502 st Nicholas ave subway ordering a sandwich. I felt the workers there don’t communicate with one another. When my sandwich was made, the guy there failed to charge me $1.50 for the avocado. He had taken over for the lady who made my sandwich to charge me. Mind you she told him i want cucumber before passing it off but fail to mention the avocado she put. I had also picked out a soda as my drink. After I was charged through debt card for my sandwich & drink the lady asked the guy if I was charged $1.50 for the avocado. I didn’t carry cash so I couldn’t give $1.50. I had to wait what felt like 5 to 8 minutes for them cancel my order and recharge me. When they both finally figured out they couldn’t cancel my order I left with no drink. I was told I can’t take the drink because i couldn’t pay for the $1.50 avocado. I don’t know how much was the drink so I won’t know if I over paid by leaving the soda but I didn’t want to argue or make a big deal about it especially their being people waiting to pay for their food so I left. I’m extremely upset and disappointed I’m definitely not eating at subway again!
