Like everyone else said, the person at the register makes ordering difficult. Always on the phone , English hard to understand.

Rude staff, the guy working the deli today (05.12.2026) was too busy on a phone call and not paying attention to customers request/ needs. Highly unprofessional, inattentive and violating health code. Then proceeds to arguing with me regarding my order

TRAINING! I know people are too focused on phones but when a customer comes in you need to either get off your phone or stop talking to who ever it is. I told him what I wanted & he got the bread. Then looked at me. So I repeated my order & the 2 ingredients I wanted. He put the protein on my bread & waited. So I told him my 2 ingredients again & he put on the mayo & looked at me & I said again a little lettuce & that's it & walked to the cash register to pay. This whole time he's also talking on the phone which I'm guessing is why I had to keep repeating myself. So I get my sandwich & leave to find he didn't add any lettuce at all! OMG seriously? Get off your dang phone & pay attention! Be professional & do not talk to someone on your phone while you're doing a job. I paid for a plain tuna sandwich I could barely eat with one of my only 2 ingredients I actually asked for! Come on do I have to hold your hand & walk you through it? Maybe I should do it myself? So why am I paying & tipping you again? TRAINING! If I was the manager I would have chewed them out for being on the phone or fired them if it had happened before. You cannot run a business like this. There needs to be oversight at this store or you will lose it. I'm a small business owner & this type of service will break you.

Worst service I have ever experienced....all the way from Scotland! The server was more interest on his personal phone call than getting our order correct!
