  for my order, the cashier was not equal to other customers before me. After he’s made my order he’s started to make next customers sandwiches - I told him “I need to pay and let me get out from here” he told me “hold on ……” he’s making another order……… ??????? I repeated 3times then 4 times he listened because last 4times was “if you don’t let me pay, I’ll get out I won’t need it!” Oh thank you he listened finally. can’t be changed he’s taking one by one till turns!

  The service here is amazing. I work around the corner and have been going here for 5 years. I think it’s disgusting that they don’t have a security guard here. There’s homeless people coming in all the time and the one staff member has to deal with all of it. They need to staff better here. But the staff they have is amazing

  Ordered for pickup and they forgot to put the meat in our sandwich. Completely left the meat out. Second time this happened already

  For an establishment that says that it is open 24 hours for dine in to only have one chair available and all the chairs stacked up in a corner and to be told that I can't sit down and eat is misinformation. If you can lie about services that you provide it leaves room to wonder what else can you be lying about and what corners could you possibly be cutting
