  I just had the worst interaction with the man and woman who work there. Mind you, I go here frequently as it’s close to work. I ordered a wrap which the man asked if I wanted it the same as it was on the menu. I did but then decided I wanted spinach instead of lettuce. The man went crazy stating nastily “ I asked if you wanted it the way.” I asked what the big deal was because I literally wanted to a simple switch. Then he says make this the last time as if I was a student on lunch break. I told him that this would be my last time coming in there, I work around the corner and would let everyone know not to come here either. The woman at the register chimes in, talking to the customer in front of me stating I shouldn’t have asked for something else when he asked me if I wanted it like it was on the menu. First of all, Subway is not Michelin Star cuisine. Secondly, it was spinach not caviar. I also told her she didn’t have to worry about me coming back as she continued on and on about me being in the wrong. If I could give minus 1 star, I would. They are known for their nasty attitudes and behavior as if they’re running a sandwich empire in NYC. I provided a copy of the receipt so others can avoid this store.
