  Logan Bailey was an exceptional and essential asset for me while shopping for my mother-of-the-bride dress. He had an eye for tailoring, colors, sizes and styles that suited me, in collections which I would never have considered without him. His advice was invaluable and I am so grateful we walked in.

  My experience with this company has been a nightmare. On Wednesday, my Michael Kors package was delivered to the wrong address. I called within ten minutes, demanding an immediate fix, and I was promised 48 hours. Today, when I called again, Yomairi from customer service told me they “can’t do anything” and will “see what they can do.” This is unacceptable. I acted immediately, and Yomairi failed to help. I have clear proof of where it should have been delivered. I demand an immediate resolution today. I will never shop here again, and I expect you to take this seriously
