  It became a rare pleasure in dealing with insurance issues to be " enlightened" by your agent MS. Ciara Perez.. Ciara & her expertise , walked us through the various options , coverages in detail w/ explanations of each , which made our decisions to contract with your agency. After "stressing out" with on-line quotes and NEVER ending E-mails & phone messaging. It became a easy call with Ciara on the phone , not to mention , her casual manor, understandings ,as well as , being a local agent & not some AI mechanical voice..
