  Needed a NY Allstate Agent and contacted TJ at Kelly Qu Agency. In the first call, TJ was very patient, professional and polite listening to my requirements and as requested made recommendations regarding some types of coverage. We agreed with coverages and cost so he immediately secured a policy for my Daughter meeting all our requirements. Within a few minutes, he forwarded policy binding documents to complete our communications. This is how Customer Service is supposed to work!!! Thank you TJ!!

  I wish more services could be this easy to work with! My needs were fairly straightforward (just renter's insurance) but working with Ciara Perez was incredibly easy and efficient. I had reached out to a few other agencies who so slow to respond (or just stopped responding entirely) - Ciara always replied to my emails the same day, and made it easy to choose if I wanted to communicate via email or phone calls. She provided a quote that accurately matched the final rate, and answered all questions with ease. Recommend with no hesitation.
