  I am filing this complaint against Giorgio Armani regarding an online order that I paid for but never received any products. Order Number: #112791765 Order Date: 06/30/2026 Order Total: $303.37 Items Purchased: 5 Shipping Address: Hxx Dxx 1315 Monroe Street, Apartment XX Dearborn, MI 48124 I placed an online order through Armani.com. The package was not delivered to me or directly to the my door. The carrier(FEDEX) left the package at an incorrect location, and another person received and took possession of my order. I contacted Armani customer service and explained the situation. I provided the order details and informed them that I never received the merchandise. However, Armani did not provide an acceptable solution and refused to issue a refund or send replacement items. I paid $303.37 for products that were never delivered to me. I believe the company failed to ensure proper delivery of the goods I purchased. I am requesting assistance in obtaining a full refund of $303.37 or a replacement shipment of the same items. I have documentation including my order confirmation, payment receipt, shipping information, and communications with Armani.

  I stopped by to get a pair of jeans, after waiting for 10 min, I was asked if the other guy helped me?! Considering such poor customer service…
