  I placed an online order and chose to pick it up at the Hudson Yards location because my office is in the building and I wanted to enjoy the in-store experience as well. From the moment I walked in, Riley greeted me warmly and took wonderful care of me. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and complimentary throughout the entire visit. She brought out my order, had me sign for it, encouraged me to open and inspect everything myself, and even offered to carefully repack it so it looked just as beautiful as it did when I received it. That extra attention to detail really stood out to me. I also mentioned how amazing the store smelled, and Riley kindly walked me over to the fragrance section so I could sample a few scents. She even gave me a fragrance sample to take home in addition to the one included with my order. The store itself is beautiful, and the other associates were just as pleasant and welcoming. I’m extremely happy not only with my purchase, but with the entire experience. Highly recommend!

  Extremely nice people work here, with a deep fashion sense, and this store “feels like home”. Fendi’s shoes have become very popular lately, and they have a great selection. They are famous for their fur and mink items. They are very helpful and will get items from otter stores if needed. Ask for Rylie, she is wonderful and knows more about fashion generally than any salesperson we’ve ever worked with.

  I went to the Hudson Yard location. Upon entering i was immediately greeted by the warm staff. Security even said hello. I asked to speak to the Client Advisor whom I had communicated by text. I didn't believe but he was actually in the store. Shawn was AWESOME! I heard so many stories and seen videos of clients like myself being mistreated at luxury stores. That was NOT my experience. Shawn made me feel very welcomed. He asked if I would like a complimentary beverage and suggested other items to go with my main purchase as well. I don't shop at Fendi often yet this experience has made me rethink about that. Thanks Shawn...You ROCK!!!!!!
