Absolutely disgusted by the customer service. Came in looking to buy a baguette purse and was yelled at by the male employee and told "it's 10,000 dollars" as if I didn't know the price of the bag I was shopping for. Lost a sale from me please never speak to a paying customer like that again!!

Jamás le compraría nada a esta tienda de fendi. Menudo descarado el dependiente, como se atreve a insinuar que nos vayamos a una tienda mucho más económica a buscar lo que queríamos. Ni en tres vidas tendrías el dinero que tenemos sinvergüenza; vergüenza te debería de dar tratar a unos clientes así. Podría aprender de otras tiendas como Moncler que si tenía lo que buscábamos y fueron súper amables enseñándolos los productos.

I have shopped at this Fendi store for many years now and it’s because Niko always goes out of his way for us. He has become more than just who we work with at Fendi but is extremely passionate about our lives, our children, and we truly think the world of him. He always responds to messages, thinks about what I would or wouldn’t like, and we always receive it very quickly in the mail. There’s never been any issues in over 5 years. I always say treat everyone how you’d want to be treated and you will receive love and attention in return. We love Fendi, this NY location, and Niko. ❤️
