  Wow. Went at 9:30 on a Monday. Door open - no one at desk. Filled out forms - waited 15 minutes - no one came. Two people came and left - they said this was normal... I went next door and asked Security Card if any one was coming. She said she would call someone. 5 minutes later a very annoyed gentleman appeared and was OBNOXIOUS throughout the whole sending process. Horrible service - FEDEX should be ashamed.

  Apparently, this location does not print your pre-paid labels that you usually email them. I wish they would disclose this somehow before you travel to this location. Had to wait in line before finding this out, not sure what this location does specifically..
