  Super unhelpful and rude staff. I asked if I could do a photocopies on both sides and they said it was not possible and it was completely possible. I spent $30 on some photocopies and the least I could get is a little bit of help from your stuff Super unhelpful and rude staff.   The employees at this location are great, sadly the manager is not. Every time I come to the location to get a print job done, she sends me to self-help.I am willing to pay extra, but she always sends me to self help. Today when I entered the location, there were 0 customers in the store. When I asked for help, she called me rude. She has zero interest in the customer experience. At times I have been at the location, I have witnessed the same behavior towards other customers. Your previous manager at this location was excellent and was easy to work with. Your current manager makes things harder than they need to be for no reason.
