  The worst Customer service ever, they took 35 minutes to ship 4 envelopes which should have taken a maximum of 10 minutes. The manager Zelma should be fired, she was very rude condescending and incompetent. she was unwilling to fix any situations and was very rude the whole time and really sat around and did nothing. The other staff were completely untrained and had no idea what they were doing. POOR MANAGEMENT! Save your time go anywhere else.

  Worst experience I had in a Fedex store. The location is convenient and close to my JOb .i had to leave and go to another shipping carrier. ( the old lady ) the worst customers service 9/17 4:30
