  Worst experience I had in a Fedex store. The location is convenient and close to my JOb .i had to leave and go to another shipping carrier. ( the old lady ) the worst customers service 9/17 4:30

  Wow. I totally get why this place is highly rated (compared to all the 2 Star ratings of every other FedEx and UPS store in the neighborhood). Fantastic customer service, friendly and helpful, reasonable prices! The woman who helped me was clearly invested in her work, gave me great advice on the best way to ship, the right materials. There was no upsell. Just great human beings.
