  A small man with control issues and a big mouth just yelled at me for five minutes because I plugged in my portable scanner in for 3 minutes to scan some documents that I had send through FedEx. Said he did a "courtesy " by letting me finish. Then starts yelling. He was making such a big deal, someone else came out to see what was going on. If this is FedEx policy, and you are looking to reward a guy who treats Your electrical outlets as if they are his own, a man who is saving you pennies at a time - customer service be dammed, he's your dude. He's your hero. Pin a medal on him. Because of my job, I go to fedexs all over this city. I've certainly never been yelled at for plugging in my scanner for a few minutes.

  Called ahead and asked Rosa if the packing label from Apple to send back my defective laptop included packaging. She said no but the postage being expressed entitled me to a free box anyway. Showed up and was told by another employee that Rosa was wrong. Rosa apologized and I appreciated that but now I need to go back and package the laptop to ship it. At least they printed my label for me...
