  Extremely rude staff. The make you feel stupid for asking questions and give short non-helpful answers.

  I wish I could give zero stars. Awful customer service. Told me me I had to get a box for my return when I didn't. They didn't even try to act like they could be wrong or check the prepaid label. They only cared about trying to get me to buy something. I clearly had a return type that was no box and no preprinted label needed. Because they hadn't heard of TikTok shop, the clerks there refused my legitimate return. Rushed to FedEx on 8th Street where return was handled correctly with no box needed as intended. Go to 8th street or a different FedEx if you can. They don't seem to be trained properly on their own services at this one.
