  Very unfriendly staff, borderline rude. Ridiculous charge for the location. Convenient but not worth it, would recommend the FedEx down the street.

  Absolute WORST FedEx location ever. They charge and extra $10 to ship because they are located in a hotel and the agent who I worked with told me the item I was shipping would arrive by a specific date after I told him the importance of the package arriving on time. When I checked the tracking the date was moved to 3 days later and the package I was sending was time sensitive. I called and was put on with an agent, who then put me on with customer service who said there is nothing they could do even after I was told that there should be no issue with the date I provided that the package needed to be delivered by. UNACCEPTABLE.

  You shouldn't have to pay of handling fee to drop off a package at a FedEx store regardless of where it is. The excuse that it's in a hotel somehow makes this place different? I've never heard of a practice like this before. I've already paid for the label
