I just experienced the worst customer service ever today I nicely asked to print a couple sticky labels for a shipment I created online and the answer was the system doesn’t allow me to print them even though I was there yesterday and another customer service lady was able to print 7 of them I’m on the process of moving to a different state and needed to ship a lot of luggage’s. I had to walk down from 72nd st to 56th street 8th Ave to print those labels.
I tried to print my documents using Print & Go, but the files kept generating errors, and I was about to give up. However, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Although I am not fluent in English, he took the time to assist me patiently and treated me with great care. Thanks to his help, I was able to get my documents printed. Thank you very much!

Aliah is fantastic. She acknowledged when I came in and was quick to help me after she wrapped up the customer before me. She was honestly such a wonderful person and so helpful in my returns (I totally forgot to package it up). We need more Aliahs!!
Worst customer service ever. Why they are so grumpy to help customers?! I asked bc the machine isn’t printing out yet keep charging me. And I asked to the stuff, their attitude first, ignore, then I asked politely yet, they are so grumpy. their attitude is so bad that I feel bad to ask them yet the machine isn’t printing and charging me.
