All I want is 50 copies of my office receipts made. I left one copy with Fedex as an example of how I want my 50 copies with the office & customer copy attached.
I return to this location the next day and the copies are made, but unattached/glued. The manager at the register asked me if I knew who took the order. The lady who did walked up and said "I did".
Initially ,the short possibly caucasian lady with the long Blk curly hair was the employee that took my order.
I was then told the order would be fixed and ready by 7pm. I had to go to work, so I said I would be back in a couple of days.
Before going back a third time, I called over the phone to make sure I don't WASTE time, gas & money coming from Brooklyn to this location in midtown.
The same manager who said the order would be fixed answers my call; says he remembers me, but the order is still not fixed & it's the same issue (detached receipts). At this point, I'm not upset because I called first.
I then tried to tell the manager today on shift at 10:15am Saturday 6/6/2026 for 15 minutes that I wanted to add more receipts to the order, which would come out to a total of 100 copies I need instead of only 50.
Looking past the fact, it's been a week with 2 visits to that location to pick up a simple order of 50 copies made.
I could not complete a sentence on the phone with this manager because he kept cutting my sentence off & interrupting me while I was trying to add to the order.
I'm trying to figure out in my mind where he was trained to talk Over the customer on the phone who is attempting to do more business with FedEx looking pass the obvious.
The call was recorded. Go back and listen. Go back to the basics Sir.

This was my second time dropping off packages at this location, and Leanne helped me both times. She made the whole process seamless - truly the best customer service!

The guy working here at 2pm on 4/16 is incredibly rude and needs a new job. I went to drop off a package in the same box that it was received in and he told me I had to buy a smaller box or pay for filler ??? WHAT A JOKEEE. He has a nasty attitude as well. Don’t work a customer service job.
