  Rogerio the manager made my day and my wife's first mothers day. Not only did he go above and beyond for me as a customer of Fedex, he went beyond anything close to what I'd expect from someone I'd never met. I walked in overhwlemed trying to get a speical menu written & printed for my wife the afternoon before Mother's Day to accompany her breakfast in bed meal. Due to issues with both the desktop machines and the cookie settings in the private browser window that automatically populates when you use the machine as a free user, the "free template" link on the Fedex website wouldnt work (presumably due to cache/cookie issues not allowing the API from Canva to fire and populate the template with the lanaguge I'd typed in. After trying dozens of times and then moving to each of the different monitors an hour had passed. Rogerio walked me through how to to is on my phone, but by the time I was able to create the whole order on the Fedex website on my phone, get it paid for, fix the quantity issues (there is a minum requirement), another hour and a half had gone by; it was pouring rain and near closing-time. After exchanging some shared memories we both had from being in Brazil, we had formed a real connection. I looked up at the clock worried, but Rogerio reassured me we were going to get this done to bring to my wife the next morning for her first Mother's Day breakfast as a new mother. Rogerio's hospitality and friendliness in genuinely wanting to help me was boundless; that experience is something I will never forget. Bom trabalho & Thank you, Rogerio!

  Rogerio was an angel. He was super nice and helpful. Super efficient too. He helped me for an important document I have to send. It was a smooth experience and an amazing encounter. Thank you so much Rogerio! Would recommend this location over other FedEx and UPS.
